We are extremely proud of the great cooks in our family and have perfected their recipes to share with you. Everything from Aunt Nettie’s gravy to the buttery yeast rolls and monkey bread taught to me by Aunt Lil, Aunt Beulah and Aunt Geneva. We even reached back to our Louisiana roots and feature Grandma Lizzie’s seafood gumbo, to Fort Wayne Indiana to grand mother Mattie Chambers' deserts and the our secret recipe for the best fried chicken you’ve ever tasted. Whatever your taste may be, The Southern Side has a recipe that you too will come to know and love.
With over 20 years of experience as caterers, we understand the importance of food at any event.
